No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Due to the instant-download digital nature of these files, all sales are final.

Delivery and Access Issues

If you did not receive your download link, cannot access your files, or encounter a technical error that prevents you from opening or using your purchase, please reach out to us. When reporting a delivery or access issue, it helps to include:

• Your order confirmation number
• The email address used at checkout
• A description of the error or problem (screenshots are welcome)
• The device and browser or application you are using

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include resending your download link, providing an alternative file format, or — where we determine that delivery genuinely failed — issuing a refund at our discretion.
