Postpartum Weight-loss
Losing baby weight was not easy for me. I have had to do all the things to lose baby weight: drink water a lot of water, eliminate all processed foods, sugars and treats, stop eating after 7pm, ect. It was not easy to lose the weight. The thing that helped me the most was changing my mindset about it all. It can help you too.
