About Positivity in Pregnancy and Joslyn

Motherhood was not all that I imagined it to be as a little girl.

It was much more difficult, trying on my patience and not as rosy and cozy as I had envisioned. I felt guilty that I wasn't enjoying being a stay-at-home-mom and raising God's children. I felt bad that pregnancy was so hard and almost made me not want to have more children. I felt that nothing was put together and beautiful as I imagined. I felt terrible that my house was messy and filthy, my kids looked like hoodlums, and I was fat. It was SO heavy and wearing on my confidence, on my soul, and the value as a woman. I didn't want to stay stuck in this rut that seemed impossible to find light... but I had the desire to be a mom... be a stay-at-home-mom. I knew something needed to change.

Through helpful podcasts, seminars, classes, books, time, A LOT of trial and error, and MUCH prayer, I have found mindset tools and shifts that have saved my motherhood... have saved my pregnancies... and have helped me loose all the baby weight and improved my marriage!

I desire to help christian women to draw closer to their God and Savior through pregnancy and motherhood and marriage. The mindset tips and exercises are simple but powerful. Compounded little by little over time, they have really helped me in my motherhood, marriage, and pregnancies. These intentional shifts have helped me to be able to have 5 children (plus one miscarriage) and find the joy that I craved to find in motherhood. If you implement them with effort and intentionality it can change your life for the better too. 

My mini videos for purchase are broken into four areas specific to pregnancy:

1-There is a section of ones to start with that include mental exercises like 'Feel it to Heal it', 'Give Yourself Grace', and 'You Reap What You Sow' to name a few. 

2-Pregnancy Affirmations. These are new thoughts to help you shift away from negative and flood your mind with better positive thoughts. 

3- Gratitude. This is such a powerful area of mental shifting that helped me significantly to fine positivity in my pregnancy. 

4- Changing the Negative to the Positive. If you need help in shifting from 'pregnancy is a burden' to 'pregnancy is a blessing' these videos can help with that.
